What you'd do
- Assist in data analysis efforts to evaluate current processes and procedures for opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention and implement technology solutions where appropriate
- Support process improvement initiatives across various functional groups within Specialty Pharmacy Operations
- Provide assistance to cross-functional teams as needed for special projects
- Work with members of the support team to solve customer problems
- Attend team meetings to stay abreast of key initiatives and learn from subject matter experts
- Learn and apply industry best practices in analyzing data sets to drive actionable insights
What they want
- Currently enrolled in a healthcare degree program (pharmacy or other health care major) at an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Leadership roles in student organizations preferred
- Texas intern or pharmacy technician registration preferred
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the healthcare industry upon graduation
