Job Description
Based in our Montgomeryville, PA facility, the Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer-funded and internally funded programs.
What you'd do
- Lead assigned commercial, defense, and development programs from award through delivery and closeout.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for program status, deliverables, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Monitor program performance against technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Contracts.
- Lead regular program reviews and communicate status to senior management and customers.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete (ETC), and resource requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving corrective actions when required.
- Support proposal development, program planning, and new business pursuits.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and customer expectations.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of program, project, operations, or engineering management experience.
- Experience managing complex technical products, manufacturing programs, or customer-funded projects.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and cost tracking.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- PMP certification preferred.
