The LCERM team is responsible for operations of the division and is actively involved in technology, management of LCERM owned vendor relationships, budgeting, and process improvement across the division. Our staff members interact with many groups across the company as well as within the various departments of our division.

What you'd do

Assist in the analysis of existing processes, looking for ways to streamline the workflow and/or improve process controls.
Assist in developing communications across the division, and how best to deploy those communications
Assist in a variety of operational areas, including logistics, audit controls, financial review, etc., and help develop or suggest potential improvements in same.
Assist the Operations team in growing the implementation and support of AI within the department.
Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
Experience using AI platforms including ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot
Working knowledge of computer-based programs including MS Teams, and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Exposure to or interest in MS SharePoint is preferred.
