What you'd do
- Protect and optimize the CMO's calendar — partner with them to set and re-sequence priorities as the picture shifts, so their time lands on strategic work rather than reactive fire drills
- Run the marketing leadership operating cadence (staff meetings, QBRs, offsites, planning cycles) and coordinate with adjacent teams — RevOps, Comms, People — so cross-functional work lands without the CMO having to chase it
- Build Human+AI workflows for scheduling, inbox triage, and meeting prep that cut recurring admin turnaround by [X]%
- Spot recurring friction in how leadership operates and ship [1–2] fixes a quarter — a template, a cadence, an automation — instead of absorbing the same problem every week
- Own complex travel and logistics with zero missed connections, and close expenses same-day
- Keep confidential and sensitive matters secure, handling delicate information with total discretion
- Be You — bring your whole self and a different perspective; diverse viewpoints make our products better.
- Be Curious — challenge the status quo, keep learning, and ask 'how might we?' instead of accepting limits.
- Grow Together — push each other to do great work, treat feedback as a gift, and leave the drama out.
- Do the Right Thing — act with integrity and candor, assume best intent, choose ethics over expediency.
