What you'd do
- Hands-on experience applying analysis, research, problem-solving, and project management skills to real business challenges.

What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with curiosity about how businesses and processes work.
- Comfort working with data and using information to identify patterns, answer questions, or support recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, along with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information and present findings to others.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, industries, and subject matter.
- Eagerness to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Coursework or experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, project management, process improvement, business analytics, compliance, or sustainability.
