What you'd do
- Ensure information entered into the notification system is accurate and up to date
- Takes necessary steps to ensure notifications are addressed and closed-out in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate returned-goods valuation and management
- Track material dispositions and follow-up if dispositions are not made within a reasonable amount of time
- Participate in the daily internal notification meetings, as needed
- Present notification data, supporting documentation and samples when needed
- Produce notification reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain and update splice, label and packaging methods. Work with manufacturing to develop new methods when needed.
- Develop and participate in quality department projects
