What you'd do
- Support product strategy and decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
- Translate data into clear visual stories and actionable recommendations for product, investment, and distribution teams.
- Evaluate product performance, competitive positioning, market trends, and client behavior using internal and external data sources.
- Partner with stakeholders to design reporting solutions that improve transparency and decision-making.
- Support product lifecycle initiatives, including product launches, enhancements, and ongoing management.
- Drive process improvements through automation, scalable reporting, and data visualization best practices.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and analytical materials for leadership and governance forums.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
- Ability to transform complex data into intuitive visual insights and business recommendations.
- Experience with data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and interest in automation and analytics.
