Continental Resources’ Summer Internship Program provides:
Job Summary
The Engineering Intern will receive training on the practical application of engineering concepts to develop solutions for project assignments associated with Continental’s energy assets. The intern will work with and provide support to one of the following departments within Continental: Drilling, Completions, Production, Resource Development or Project Management. In any department, the engineer intern will have the opportunity for both field- and office-based experiences.
The intern will be assigned a department-specific project and is expected to present a summary of the results of their work.

- Monitor and forecast capital expenditure, expenses, and production
- Participate in and contribute to asset team meetings
What they want

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer focus and a team player.
- Effective time management.
- Current enrollment in an ABET accredited four (4) year College or University
- Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University
- Eligible to work permanently in the United States upon graduation
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
