What you'd do
- Identifies the impact of a problem on multiple areas of the business; recommends improvements to existing processes or programs.
- Identifies and implements process improvements collaborating with analysts, users, and project sponsors.
- Utilize work measurement, design data development, statistical analysis, and discussion with management and/or operations to identify issues and solutions that impact both short-term and long-term strategies.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from (within the last 24 months) an undergraduate Industrial Engineering or related program, seeking a Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Sufficient and effective knowledge in programming and algorithms is desired, but not required
- Ability to work full time and in-person (40 hours/week) from our Louisville, KY site.This is not a remote position, you must live within the geographic area of Louisville, KY.
