As part of our Professional Services team, you are a strategic partner guiding customers through implementation. We will teach you how our software works, and you will use that knowledge to design, configure, and deliver solutions that drive real business value.
What you'd do

- Designing & tailoring the software: You will lead the configuration of our platform to fit each customer's unique business model—setting up workflows, structuring data, and aligning system capabilities to requirements.
- Conducting discovery workshops: You will lead interactive discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather business requirements, map out existing workflows, and translate their vision into actionable technical specifications for deployment.
- Managing project scope & execution: You will take ownership of core implementation deliverables by scoping requirements, building timeline estimates, and keeping project milestones on track from kick-off through go-live.
- Guiding the customer as an expert: You will lead the customer with best practices to ensure their business processes are optimized for maximum long-term value on our products.
- Drive: You thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.
- Curiosity: You have a genuine desire to be hands-on with software and master new technologies.
