As part of the Packaging Optimization team, you will be interacting with industry leaders, attending cross-functional events, and volunteering for community service activities.
What you'd do
- Support the complete packaging development process including the creation of packaging designs, prototype development, and performance testing
- Fix new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials, processes and provides creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of product to resolve physical characteristics of item, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging
- Evaluate and select packaging suppliers / vendors; periodically conduct vendor reviews
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Works closely with global suppliers, engineering, product management, operations, and sourcing
- Participate in product introduction teams to deliver new products to market
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
- Graduating between December 2027 and August 2028
- Able to work full time, 40 hours per week
