From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
What you'd do
- Write and adapt SQL queries against well-defined requests, using Claude to refine logic and troubleshoot errors
- Look up existing metrics in Looker or Omni to understand how they're already built, and reuse that logic where it applies
- Pull, clean, and structure data in Excel or Google Sheets to answer scoped stakeholder questions
- Summarize findings into clear, plain-language takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
- Validate data accuracy against source systems before sharing outputs
- Ask clarifying questions to properly scope a request before starting work
- Escalate requests that require deeper analytical judgment to senior team members
- Maintain documentation of recurring requests and their underlying logic
- Support ad hoc reporting needs across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others
- Build working knowledge of dbt Labs' GTM data model (Salesforce objects, opportunity stages, fiscal calendar)
