The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program.

What you'd do
- Designing solutions or improvements to address current and ongoing issues with underground construction equipment and/or processes
- Supporting safety projects and manufacturing processes as directed
- Maintaining plant layout for machine moves and cost reduction efforts
- Evaluating manufacturing and material handling processes for new parts
- Supporting new part quoting activities & SAP routings
- Conducting time studies of part’s processes
- Assisting quality engineering with print tolerances & process capability studies
- Assisting in the research & development of capital projects & equipment
- Supporting Quality, Maintenance and Lean operations problem solving activities
- Frequently reporting verbally and in writing on project status
