What you'd do
- Prior internship or project experience shipping production software
- Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or industrial software
- Hands-on experience building software for a high-growth, mission-driven industrial company
- Direct involvement in real production systems, not just internal tools or side projects
- A front-row seat to how Hadrian is transforming aerospace and defense manufacturing through software, automation, and data

What they want
- Current university student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar)
- Familiarity with backend development, APIs, or data engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous technical challenges
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excitement for manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
