What you'd do
- Complete day-to-day transaction processing and operational support activities.
- Review and process transactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Research and resolve transaction, account, customer, and system-related issues.
- Provide service and support to internal and external customers.
- Monitor workloads and meet established deadlines and service levels.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Partner with internal teams to support transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
- Support audit, regulatory, risk management, and business continuity activities.
- Participate in special projects, testing, and departmental initiatives.

- One to three years of experience in transaction processing
