General Notes
This is a part time student position at Texas Performing Arts. Both work study and non-work study students are encouraged to apply. Position is available to continue throughout student tenure.

- Assist with data collection, entry, processing, retrieval and file maintenance.
- Assist with donor stewardship
- Assist with sponsorship activations
- Sort, assemble, organize, and distribute materials and mailings.
- Research possible foundation and corporate sponsor opportunities.
- Research and interview current TPA student employees, staff, and guests for creation of fundraising materials (including video creation)
- Write letters, reports, requisitions, and lists.
- Assist with special events – setting up, greeting guests, distributing flyers, etc.
- Represent Texas Performing Arts with a pleasant and professional demeanor through all interactions.
- Arrive on time for work and maintain a reliable attendance record.
