The Workday financial systems analyst will develop and deliver projects that enhance the Workday financials experience.
What you'd do
- Contribute to product development by delivering new features to enhance the Workday Financials system.
- Research existing functionality as well as new features in depth to understand impact to current and future processes.
- Gather requirements & coordinate testing for multi-segment feature releases.
- Confer with finance and accounting end-users to research and resolve issues or questions.
- Administer Workday Financials data model and workflows.
- Identify trends and problems and coordinate with Product Owner to add to backlog as needed.
- Collaborate with Workstream leads to ensure business processes and system configuration are aligned to internal controls.
- Ensure change management procedures are followed effectively.
- Troubleshoot finance and accounting user issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support for users.
