What you'd do
- Identify the root cause of moderate to complex software issues using appropriate debug and analysis tools.
- Clearly summarize encountered technical software issues to project leadership in a timely fashion.
- Work together in a collaborative team that is part of multi large systems
- Full life cycle development of DO-178 DAL A certified software
What they want
- Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Must have a minimum of 29 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Demonstrated interest in embedded software solutions and board-level device drivers
- Programming experience in C, C++ and/or Python
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle
- Energetic and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
