MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
The work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of USSTRATCOM. USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security.
What you'd do
- Monitor CSSP sensors and investigate abnormal findings.
- Perform threat intelligence analysis and generates reports.
- Triage incidents and support incident response.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, network, databases, and Web-based security.
- Help develop mission-critical technical documents.
- Analyze and assess impacts on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that systems are being operated securely, and information systems security policies and procedures are being implemented as defined in security plans.
- Adhere to security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
