Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Agile Methodology to join our growing Huntsville, Alabama work program. The selected candidate will guide product strategy, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery for a major federal modernization and data migration program. This role leads backlog development, aligns mission and technical needs, and ensures products and features are ready for release across cloud, data, application, and migration workstreams.
What you'd do
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile delivery, technical program support, or a related field.
- Experience leading Agile teams, managing product backlogs, and delivering technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud, data, application development, and modernization initiatives.
- Ability to translate technical and mission requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at our customer location in Huntsville, Alabama.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
