The Role:
Our site in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Quality Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. The co-op student will spend time on the production floor supporting quality investigations, process improvement activities, audits, and data collection.
What you'd do
- Support Material Review Board (MRB), nonconformance, and corrective action (CAPA) investigations.
- Analyze quality and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Assist with process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
- Create and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Participate in internal audits and quality system compliance activities.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support process validation, risk assessments, and engineering change activities
- Present findings and recommendations for continuous improvement projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
