What you'd do
- Fully understand customer project requirements
- Review order details carefully and place internal GENE orders to ensure accurate project initiation and setup.
- Develop and coordinate project plans within operational scope, ensuring alignment with production capacity and timelines.
- Monitor and track end-to-end project progress, ensuring milestones and delivery timelines are met.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress clearly through email or meetings.
- Identify and analyze unexpected technical issues, provide scientific interpretation, and coordinate discussions to define resolution strategies.
- Collaborate closely with production, PM, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement of production workflows and platform capabilities, and complete additional assignments as required by the team lead.

- Master’s degree or above.
- Major in Biology or related life science disciplines.
- Background in the biological or biotechnology-related industry.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Strong technical competency and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology; experience in recombinant protein/antibody expression and purification is a plus.
