At Cencora, we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures. As a Co-Op participant, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional business environment while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience within our team.
The Cencora Co-Op Program provides students with the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while contributing to work that supports our business and customers.
What you'd do
- Start Date: January 11, 2027
- End Date: To be determined (history six month term)
- Location: Conshohocken, PA (hybrid)
- Support projects and initiatives within the assigned functional area.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), reports, and other business documentation.
- Analyze information and data to support business decisions and recommendations, as applicable to the assigned role.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support departmental priorities.
- Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
