At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance. WHOOP empowers its members to perform at a high level by providing a deep understanding of the interactions between their unique physiology and chosen behaviors.
As a Program Manager at WHOOP, you will be a critical member of the team that develops the next generation of models that will power the features we can provide to members. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, data science, sensor intelligence, platform engineering, and product, and is responsible for translating complex technical work into clear plans, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and built for scale.
Success in this role will require a high degree of adaptability and a solutions mindset, ability to simplify complexity, while continuously managing shifting priorities.
