The Role:
Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
The Supply Chain Planning Co-op will support key operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain Planning organization. This role provides hands on experience working with Supply Network Planners and Planning Leadership to document processes, improve reporting, establish planning metrics, assess data quality, and identify automation opportunities.
What you'd do
- Partner with Supply Network Planners and Planning Leadership to document, review, and improve supply chain planning processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze existing planning workflows and identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.
- Update and maintain Supply Chain Planning playbooks, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop and standardize reporting templates, KPI definitions, and planning metrics to improve consistency and decision making.
- Assess planning data quality and support initiatives to improve data accuracy, governance, and usability.
- Create process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge management resources to support onboarding and organizational learning.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend automation and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance planner productivity.
- Support the development of a centralized planning knowledge repository to improve information accessibility and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement process improvement initiatives
- Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
