The Data & Analytics Internship is an outstanding program where you’ll get to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on-experience in the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. Internship opportunities are available across several business areas, including Property & Casualty, Life Company, Federal Savings Bank, and Member Value, providing exposure to a variety of data and analytics functions and business challenges.

What you'd do
- Leverages business, analytical and technical knowledge to understand business objectives.
- The business problems analyzed are typically segments of a larger problem with significant impact to current and/or future business strategy.
- Applies quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make recommendations to answer the business objective and drive the appropriate change.
- Under direct supervision and guidance, manipulates structured and unstructured data to enable sophisticated analytical solutions.
- Supports the delivery of business insights using machine learning, simulation, and optimization.
- Partners with senior team members to develop and deploy models within the Model Development Control (MDC) and Model Risk Management (MRM) framework.
- Support maintenance of Information Asset Inventories to ensure data and assets are cataloged appropriately.
- Support ensuring that information is delivered in accordance with Information Governance standards and data management practices as advised.
- Support metadata repository maintenance and proper metadata association.
