In the summer of 2021, Repsol expanded its renewables operations to the U.S. through the acquisition of a large U.S.-based PV solar and battery storage project developer. This transaction was Repsol's first foray into the U.S. renewables market.
What you'd do
- Support the Project Controls team in monitoring the performance of utility-scale renewable energy projects throughout development and construction.
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Collect, validate, and analyze project data related to schedule, cost, progress, and performance metrics.
- Support project cost tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Help track project risks, issues, and mitigation actions to support successful project execution.
- Assist with earned value management (EVM) reporting and project performance assessments.
- Support the development and maintenance of project controls tools, templates, and reporting processes.
- Analyze project trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to gather project information and support decision-making.
