POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax Group is seeking an Investor Relations Co-Op to contribute to a high-performing team.
What you'd do
- Maintain CRM data quality through routine review of investor data and assist with data backfills when needed.
- Support downstream internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs, performing quality checks, and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening, escalating as needed, and documenting outcomes per internal procedures.
- Maintain the DDQ/RFP library by updating/organizing categorization to standard responses, and ensuring version control along with content consistency.
- Monitor vendor and platform invoicing to payment completion and establish a calendar of deliverables.
- Assist with new product onboarding by tracking required steps, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and maintaining documentation.
- Monitor news and research licenses by tracking renewals and entitlements to keep access current.
- Support fundraising industry news deliverables by gathering articles and compiling materials for data input.
- Cross-train to provide overflow support for investor onboarding, correspondence merging, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Complete special projects as assigned.

- 0-2 years of previous administrative experience.
- Previous finance industry or operations experience preferred.
