What you'd do
- Preparation of tax returns
- Basic tax research
- Learning foundations of tax concepts needed as a tax professional
- In addition, staff may have diverse opportunities to work as a team member on both domestic and international client engagements.
What they want
- Pursuing Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in tax, accounting, or similar degree
- CPA Eligibility: You must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements to obtain a CPA license.
- Prior to starting full-time, new hires must fulfill the education-related eligibility criteria to obtain a CPA license in their assigned Crowe work location.
- These requirements vary by state, and it is the new hire’s responsibility to ensure that they satisfy the applicable criteria prior to starting with the firm.
- Proficient with Excel
- Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
- Available to work/travel evenings or weekends when needed (Saturday and/or Sunday)
