What you'd do

Assist with sustaining daily MPS operations across electronics, electromechanical, software, and service-related systems.
Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations for production issues, field returns, test failures, software anomalies, or process performance concerns.
Contribute to test fixture support, test method improvements, calibration activities, software/firmware checks, and protocol execution as assigned.
Assist with engineering change order (ECO) documentation, verification activities, implementation support, and post-change effectiveness checks.
Help draft or revise work instructions, technical reports, software or equipment documentation, validation evidence, and engineering records.
Perform basic data analysis, yield trending, failure tracking, and report generation using Excel, Minitab, or similar tools.
Participate in design, manufacturing, or software review activities and provide feedback on manufacturability, serviceability, reliability, usability, and testability with support.
Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, improving reliability, strengthening test coverage, or improving throughput.
Support tasks requiring ESD safety, cleanroom entry, controlled documentation, and regulated manufacturing practices as necessary.
Gain working knowledge of applicable quality system, risk management, validation, and software lifecycle expectations used in medical device manufacturing.Education and Experience Requirements
