As a Sourcing Intern at GE Vernova, you will support critical procurement, supplier engagement, and analytics initiatives.
What you'd do
- Support sourcing projects related to supplier management, data analysis, process improvement, sustainability, and operational execution.
- Assist with supplier research, spend analysis, purchase order review, savings tracking, and sourcing performance reporting.
- Learn and apply sourcing tools, dashboards, and standard work to help teams make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Legal, and other business partners as needed.
- Help prepare presentations, trackers, summaries, and project updates for team meetings and leadership reviews.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve data quality, and strengthen process discipline.
- Participate in team meetings, intern learning experiences, development activities, and networking opportunities.
- Demonstrate GE Vernova values and a commitment to safety, integrity, inclusion, quality, and customer-focused execution.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
