What you'd do
- Hands-on experience with consultative sales, sales operations, enablement, business development, or client strategy.
- Exposure to how Sales teams build trusted relationships and create value for customers.
- Experience working with customer, sales, and business data to support decision-making.
- Opportunities to build skills in communication, presentation development, analytics, problem-solving, and project management.
- Exposure to CRM, sales technology, automation, and evolving tools that support commercial teams.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced Sales and business professionals.
- A better understanding of potential career paths across Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Development, and other commercial functions.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort sharing ideas and information with others.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity about customers, business growth, and how teams work together to solve business challenges.
- Comfort working with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt as business needs evolve.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest or coursework in sales, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, operations, or analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
