What you'd do
- Preparing sales reports, dashboards, and account presentations that track performance and surface actionable insights
- Analyzing sales data and market trends across retail partners to identify growth opportunities and support account planning
- Building and maintaining dashboards on sales performance, inventory, and retail KPIs using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Developing automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Supporting retailer-facing customer meetings — preparation, agendas, briefing documents, logistics, and follow-ups
- Maintaining the national sales team’s resource hub and helping create digital learning content such as training modules, video tutorials, and interactive guides
- Facilitating communication between internal departments and key accounts, and researching industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
- Supporting retail initiatives that improve sell-through, shelf presence, and consumer experience
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across departments and geographies for standardization, efficiency, and cost reduction
- Supporting a portfolio of transformation projects — stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and KPI reporting to executive leadership
