What you'd do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for associates and supervisors across multiple departments and shifts, resolving concerns proactively and providing excellent customer service. ✏️
- Partner with EHS and Operations teams to champion a strong safety culture.
- Coach supervisors and managers on performance management, employee development, corrective actions, accountability, and conflict resolution. ✏️
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.Employee Relations & Compliance
- Investigate employee concerns, policy violations, complaints, and workplace conflicts in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
- Partner with the Leaves & Accommodations team to manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave-of-absence cases.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and help leaders understand and apply policies in a consistent, people-centered manner.
- Assist with policy development, communication, implementation, and enforcement.Talent & Retention
- Partner with leaders to execute talent initiatives that attract and retain high-performing team members, including recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and engagement.
- Identify staffing needs and develop action plans to meet them. ✏️
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and recruiting
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, UKG Workforce Management
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or other operational environmentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification
- Experience sourcing and recruiting skilled trades and production roles
