What you'd do
- Support standardized customer and partner system integration activities, including requirements and integration information gathering, configuration confirmation, testing coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understand and review basic system interactions and data flows, including APIs, HTTP requests and responses, authentication, XML, and JSON.
- Perform basic API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Collect and analyze basic troubleshooting information such as error messages, timestamps, screenshots, logs, and request/response payloads.
- Coordinate with customers, business teams, project managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams across different departments and time zones.
- Organize assigned project activities, document decisions, follow up on action items, and provide timely status updates.
- Track project status, timelines, tasks, owners, dependencies, risks, blockers, open questions, and next actions.
- Create and maintain project records, meeting notes, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues, project delays, and unresolved dependencies with clear and complete background information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
