What you'd do
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights Translate data into actionable insights from G&A systems.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of AI agents and AI-assisted workflows that identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and reporting processes.
- Review and organize application documentation, training materials, and support procedures, create standardized documentation and identify gaps in system knowledge and opportunities to improve self-service support.
- Create user-friendly communications and training materials for application enhancements and process changes, develop AI-assisted training content and learning resources.
