We are excited to offer an opportunity for a diverse group of talented students to join Schonfeld. Corporate Strategy & Transformation at Schonfeld oversees the execution of the firm’s highest priority strategic initiatives across our Investment, Operating and Management Company Platform areas.

Our team members work closely with the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build alignment and drive change across the organization. Our mission is to develop and create transparency on the firm’s most mission critical strategic plans.

You will join our Corporate Strategy & Transformation team as a Summer Analyst responsible for turning ideas into results.

What you'd do

A curiosity for learning and a passion for defining problems and implementing solutions
Excellent organizational, communication and listening skills
A desire to learn more about Enterprise Project Management and Requirements Formalization
Basic understanding of the Stock Market
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analysis skills
A keen, analytical eye with a high regard for attention to detail
Ideally pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or related field
Experience with Data Visualizations/UI Design
SQL, Python and any other programming/database querying language knowledge/coursework
Interest or Experience in applying AI tools to organize and structure knowledge, and drive efficiency
