FLP SUMMER INTERNSHIP

The Financial Leadership Program (FLP), a two-year leadership development program, designed to prepare career driven, high-potential talent from diverse backgrounds for leadership roles in Fidelity’s Finance organization. The program, which was founded in 1998, combines four six-month assignments across multiple business units, workshops and training sessions to further develop your critical leadership, business, and analytical skills. Participants in Fidelity’s 10-week FLP Summer Internship Program will have an opportunity to work with our Finance leaders, participate in development activities and learn about Fidelity’s Finance organization.
