What you'd do
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers on research and development activities.
- Assist with experimental design, execution, and data analysis.
- Support technology development and reaction optimization efforts, with exposure to techniques that may include enzymatic reaction development, protein expression, purification, and characterization.
- Participate in scientific problem solving and technical reporting.
What they want
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Laboratory experience through coursework, undergraduate research, graduate research, or internships; working knowledge of statistical methods and design of experiments.
- Basic knowledge of good laboratory practices and scientific methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exposure to enzymatic reaction development, molecular biology, protein science techniques, or scientific data analysis is desirable but not required.
