Across these teams, Summer Associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze data and business challenges, develop recommendations, identify opportunities to improve business processes, and collaborate across functions to support Capital Group's priorities. Summer Associates also participate in professional development and networking opportunities throughout the program.
What you'd do
- Investment Operations: Support trade processing, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and client outcomes
- Investment Enablement: Partner with investment teams through project management, business analysis, operational support, and process improvement initiatives
- Global Business Services: Contribute to functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities
- Additional Business & Operations Functions: Support teams that drive operational excellence, business effectiveness, and enterprise outcomes across Capital Group
