What you'd do
- Support the Procurement and Direct Materials Team in developing Commodity Strategies.
- Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Ensure all documentation is available and properly completed for IATF audit requirements. This is critical to proper direct materials supplier management for the auto-industry.
- Analyzing monthly reporting on performance, investigate variances, present findings, and organize and file forms as appropriate.
- Managing the business review process and establishing master schedule, track and monitor vendor spend.
- Supporting the development of strategy template, manage the scheduling and cadence of the strategy development sessions, launch RFQ’s and E-Auctions as necessary.
- Supporting supplier transition.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business Management.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
