What you'd do

- Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues with recommendations to help keep projects on track.
- Coordinate priorities and dependencies across technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders located across global offices.
- Manage implementation timelines with external vendors and support successful project execution from planning through delivery.
- Prepare monthly technology portfolio updates for the CTO and COO, providing clear reporting on project status, risks, milestones, and key decisions.
- Present project updates to technical and executive stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement of project management standards, governance, and reporting.
What they want
- 3–6 years of technology project management experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
- Experience planning and delivering infrastructure or other technical projects in partnership with engineering or technology teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms, with familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, investment technology, or trading technology projects is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification is preferred.
