The Enterprise AI Enablement team helps employees successfully adopt and scale the use of AI technologies across Xcel Energy.
What you'd do
- Assist with AI adoption and employee enablement programs.
- Help develop training materials, guides, communications, and learning content.
- Support AI workshops, demonstrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Collect and document AI success stories and business value outcomes.
- Analyze usage and adoption data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support ongoing improvements to AI resources, websites, and knowledge repositories.
What they want
- Current student, Junior or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
