What you'd do

• Hands-on experience working on a variety of assignments that will give you exposure to many areas of HR compliance.

• Research and summarize best practices regarding various employment policies and practices.
• Provide policy development and administration support in response to new or changing business needs or employment laws.
• Provide administration support for training initiatives focused on workplace practices.
• Provide general administrative support for employee relations.
• Create new files for domestic mobility and immigration files in Global Mobility case management platform. Initiate new cases with service providers.
• Support wage audits
• Support Unemployment Claims Process

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program Human Resources, Business Administration, Pre-Law, and related programs
• Can adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research
