Job Summary
This FMS Program Analyst will support the PATRIOT program in the Missile Directorate of SAMD.
What you'd do
- Assist in writing, modifying, and amending FMS Cases in DSAMS.
- Assist in the drafting of Letters of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (DSAMS)
- Coordinate and track all shipments of material to and from country.
- Manage and track the Return and Repair process for all program related material.
- Manage and track the ordering, prioritization, and shipments of critical/urgent spare part requirements.
- Analyze and Plan international transportation initiatives in accordance with US Army policy, AECA, ITAR, etc.
- Systems Used: CISIL, WebFLIS, WebROR, SCIP, IGC, EFTS
- Track and coordinate all actions items and taskers for SAMD and other US entities related to the program.
- Working knowledge of Army business processes and regulations regarding FMS funds and case execution.
- Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Level Meetings (WLMs) and recurring internal meetings.
