Compensation Overview

The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

What you'd do

Real project work aligned to active business needs across Travelers' analytics functions.
Technical training taught by full-time BI&ALDP participants.
Formal performance reviews that give you honest, structured feedback on your growth.
Leadership exposure through company-wide events including the Intern Symposium and community outreach initiatives, where you will interact with leaders and a cohort across the enterprise.
A collaborative capstone presentation where you and your fellow interns develop and present solutions to relevant business and analytics challenges.
Leverage modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) tools/platforms with the ability to apply critical thinking to evaluate limitations related to quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
At the close of the internship, top-performing interns are eligible to interview for a full-time offer to join the BI&ALDP — making these 10 weeks one of the most important career opportunities of your academic journey.
Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or greater preferred.
Obtained or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science or Geography.
