What you'd do
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives across People & Places and partner organizations, adapting the delivery approach to each initiative’s priority, complexity, risk, and change impact.
- Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to clarify intended outcomes, scope, success measures, decision rights, roles, milestones, and delivery expectations.
- Translate strategic objectives and evolving business needs into practical, integrated program plans and workstream roadmaps.
- Coordinate related projects, workstreams, and dependencies to ensure their collective outcomes support broader program objectives.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders with different priorities, perspectives, and levels of authority.
- Identify and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and key decisions; escalate matters with clear options and recommendations.
- Establish an appropriate rhythm of working sessions, delivery reviews, leadership touchpoints, and status communications.
- Produce concise, decision-oriented updates that provide transparency into progress, program health, risks, dependencies, and required leadership action.
- Partner with the Change Manager and functional leaders to assess change impact and support stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and transition activities.
- Maintain accurate program and portfolio information in Asana and contribute to portfolio reporting, intake, prioritization, and capacity-planning activities.

- At least six years of progressively responsible project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and workstreams through influence in a matrixed organization.
- Strong experience converting ambiguous objectives into clear outcomes, integrated plans, milestones, responsibilities, and decisions.
- Ability to connect individual initiatives and workstreams to broader strategic objectives and intended business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, executive-ready updates.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills, with the confidence to surface difficult issues constructively.
- Sound judgment and the ability to determine when greater structure, escalation, or leadership involvement is needed.
- Experience managing program risks, dependencies, decisions, scope, schedules, and competing priorities.
- A practical, adaptable approach that balances delivery discipline with the needs and culture of the business.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with other Program Managers, the Change Manager, functional leaders, sponsors, and the PPMO Director.
