What they want
- Pursuing a PhD or Master’s or Bachelor's degree in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or a similar engineering discipline
- Strong EE fundamentals
- Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong understand of analog and digital circuits, with underlying strength in math and physics
- Hands-on lab experience including soldering, data acquisition, lab test equipment: multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc
- Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up, debugging and functional verification
- Familiarity with schematic and layout tools (Altium a bonus) as well as circuit analysis and simulation tools (SPICE)
- Experience with a scripting language for analyzing and plotting data (Python a plus)
- Ability to use Office tools: spreadsheets, word processor, etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
