What you'd do
- Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, TS16949, V1000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.
- Assist and support the set up and implement all Supply Chain activities for new products from suppliers and customers
- Prepare FPD in terms of logistics
- Is responsible for correctives actions plan follow up after FPD
- Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by project teams in term of
- Transportation flows : Internal (i.e. Small train) and External (i.e. Milk run)
- Packaging : Small containers deployment and packaging standardization
- Storage: Layout definition.
- ERP system: Logistics MRP readiness, ERP tools for logistics and EDI/Web EDI set up coordination.
