Our Summer Internship Program (PLOT) offers an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in Operations while building the foundation for a successful career.
What you'd do
- Exposure to agricultural operations and supply chain management within a leading agribusiness organization
- Experience supporting inventory control, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and customer service activities
- Opportunities to collaborate with operations, sales, customer service, procurement, and business leadership teams
- Development of analytical, communication, project management, and process improvement skills
- Hands-on experience identifying operational efficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices
- Mentorship from experienced operations professionals and business leaders
- A deeper understanding of how products move through the agricultural supply chain from supplier to customer
- Real-world experience contributing to projects that support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business success
What you get
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
